Dear Mr. & Mrs. Rayen, To begin with, we don’t think there are any suggestions that can be given to improve as truly this “CHR” is a home away from home. We just got married and have come away from our parents, trying to build a happy life together, meeting you and your wife was a great experience, as we learnt so much from both of you, specially this resort that both of you have made with so much of effort and togetherness is amazing. We would like to congratulate both of you and wish that even we can make our dreams come true the way you have. We had heard that if you follow your dreams then they do come true, “CHR” is a living example of that. Thank you for making our stay so very comfortable and wonderful. May God be with you always ‘n’ you be successful throughout your life. Do wait for us, we will be coming back sooooooooon. Bye till then.

We have fulfilled our desire to enjoy the monsoon at Cherrapunjee. Your resort is an excellent place to enjoy that. The view is fabulous and so are the people who run it. We had an exhilarating trek to root bridge, slogging down was worth every grunt and effort. We will be staying again with you in next few months. And thanks for taking care of Nitya, our daughter when we were out on trek.

This place is really wonderful, the word “beauty “ cannot describe it fully. It appears God was partisan while creating this beautiful place. One could really wake, sit, eat and sleep in clouds. With its exquisitely beautiful greenery all around, and the famed ‘root bridges’, this place is a must visit for all the able bodied people. The services are excellent and people are quite cordial & friendly.

One month ago I left this incredible place, hoping one day I would come back. Well, it didn’t take that long. In need of a break I came here 5 days ago and renewed with energy and positivity I will go back. Again I enjoyed every minute and you all made me feel like home. We value this beautiful and unique place! Our home in Bangladesh is exciting, but it is also noisy, flat and hot. Your resort offered us a welcome chance to explore a new area and savour the difference from our normal lives.
1.Room & facilities: Comfortable and clean. The bed sheet could be a little wider, nice to have hot water shower.
2. Food: Tasty and nice range of choices, especially nice to dine outside.
3. Service: Exceptionally friendly and able to understand and respond to all requests. Great team work and anticipation of guest needs.
4: Expectations met.
5: We will be back and recommend others.

The singular effort of Mr.& Mrs. Denis is contributing towards Eco-tourism through this small Holiday Resort is highly commendable. It is a family which looks after the comfort of the guests. The amenities provided in this out-of- the place in the hills of Khasi Hills are admirable. Eco-tourism coupled with Adventure is the main goal this family is aiming at. Simultaneously they are providing employment to the local people. I wish more & more such entrepreneurs take up such work in sincere honest (earnest). I am sure the Govt. of Meghalaya can provide and ensure furtherance of such venture in and around Cherrapunjee. I wish the family very much success in the days to come and from a humble beginning / endeavour to very large arena in the sphere of adventure, eco-tourism and all the best.
