Dear Denis Uncle
Thanks for the opportunity to express our feelings about you, your resort, your management and all the things.
First of all, I would like to thank you for such a warm reception from you and your people that we got here. Not a single moment we felt that we were out of home. We have got more than we expected. The rooms are very clean, the view from the room is marvelous, hence we are 100% satisfied from this. Again, I am, not me even my wife also, we both are very much satisfied with your service, nature of your staff. They are very ready to serve whenever we needed them.
We will always remember this holiday, it’s a lifetime experience. We have got the chance to see nature so closely as we can say this DREAM HOLIDAY comes true. And lastly Uncle, we both are very much impressed by you, your nature, your thinking to serve this nature and peoples. No words to explain. ‘HATS OFF TO YOU’.

I have been to many places in the world. I felt that Europeans are very professional whatever is their job. I must say every worker in your industry are very, very professional.
I am sure, one day, it will be one of the best professionally managed resort in public (private) sector.
May I suggest you to start your own website. Thanks for everything.

Thank you so much for looking after us so very well & letting us feel home (away from home!). This indeed is one of those unexplored (read pristine) sort of places & may we say – we have enjoyed every bit of our time here& yes, do look forward to spend some more time whenever we visit you next (God willing, of course).
A special word for the staff…. Very courteous. Thanks for preparing kichidi in a better way than what my wife does!
Thank You Mr.Denis.

Dear Mr.Denis,
It was a sheer delight to visit your resort. The amazing facts are many. First, you have kept the resort spotless (no moss, no smelling carpets, no peeling walls). Second, the hospitality of all the members of the resort is very cordial, polite & efficient. Three cheers to the ‘kongs’. (Khasi word for sister). Third, the weather keeps the spirits alive for a breathtaking, fresh stay.
It is a gigantic task (we are sure) to keep the good work going. Keep up the good work. You have really made us proud by keeping your promise of a lovely stay. Happily Yours.

Dear Mr.Denis,
Thank you very much for the hospitality you and your team has shown to us. Though very remote location we found it excellent location with nature all around. Of course, we didn't get the opportunity to watch rain. We found the climate very hot and humid which is unusual here. In any case, we enjoyed your gesture & my best wishes goes to your personnel working, who served us food and everything.
One suggestion is that experiencing hot climate nowadys you can think of Air Conditioning for some rooms. Also you may think of expanding this resort to have independent cottages having suite type of facility. Also communication was a problem. You may negotiate with authorities to have better communication, having a telephone connection in each room. Also a Colour TV set would add to luxury.
The persons who played music last night were excellent. My best wishes for them.
That's little I could express in a short time. In case you need me my contact is below.
Thank You, God Bless You.
Note:
1. May 2006 received only 27% of average for May up to 26th May. In the next 5 days it rained 1750.6 mm taking the total rainfall for May 2006 to 2119.8 mm against the average for the month of 1351.7 mm.
2. Telephone connectivity that was out for over two and a half month due to the collapse of a telecommunications tower has since been restored after the initialization of an Optical Fibre Cable link.

Dear Sir,
The warmth and personal touch to everything at Cherrapunjee Resort was an experience in itself. Your complete involvement and dedication to this enterprise is inspiring for us youngsters. Hope we too can imbibe atleast 50% of the spirit.
As we made an entry to the Resort on 18/05/2006 one thing pretty noticeable was the absence of the 'GLAMOUR QUOTIENT' we get to see in other resorts these days. But probably the enriching experience here besides the locale was the way you and your staff functions. Probably by stepping up certain factors in terms of changing curtains etc. would be 'sone pe suhaga' (Hindi meaning - more excellent than gold.)

Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for giving us the most exhilarating experience of our life. We also want to thank you for giving us a chance to inculcate the spirit of adventure in our children. Thanks to you, our little daughter of five years could accomplish the biggest feat of her life of trekking down 2,500 feet in the hills for the most incredible experience of seeing the living root bridges. We are taking with us fond memories of the warmth and hospitality of you and your staff. The food was excellent and service too good. We wish and pray to God to give you more strength and perseverance to see your dreams come true. Warm Regards.
